Turtle Creek Blvd. to be Widened

The drawing below shows the concept for widening Turtle Creek Blvd. from Market Center Blvd. down to Levee St. The segment shown is only the section between Market Center to Irving Blvd. Councilman Ed Oakley, once again, came through for Old Trinity & The Design District.

Dallas City Council  Votes Unanimously  

to Approve Old Trinity's New MU-3 Zoning (Retail, Residential, and Research) & Planned Development Overlay [ Old Trinity & Design District Planned Development   PD 621 Revised June 22, 2004]

It's a "DONE Deal"... So before you build or make changes to your property be sure to check with me regarding the new Ordinance and Guidelines for building and making improvements.
